RETURNS POLICY
Return of product is accepted provided: (1) request for return is submitted in form of email to us within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the item, and (2) the item has NOT had any serial number removed or defected, and (3) the item MUST be in ORIGIONAL condition, and (4) you MUST return the item using postal service with TRACKING NUMBER, and
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely. If the item is defective, a replacement will be sent or full refund (not including shipping and handling fee) will be issued once the item is received. If the item is returned NOT because of defective or not as described, restocking fee (15% of purchase price) will be applied and refund will be issued when the item is received. We are NOT responsible for any loss and damage during return shipment.
